Upgrade to Angular 2 (Non Beta)

Angular 2 is now out of release candidate, so it should be upgraded to to ensure everything is stable. Angular CLI should be upgraded to have the latest changes too (nothing breaking).
Works again:
- All pages
- Pug template conversion
- SCSS generation
- Linting
- Unit tests
- Add provider error
- E2E tests
- Compressed builds
- Running on a custom server
- Install script
Cannot run E2Es because I cannot run Chrome properly due to a webdriver-manager update error: angular/webdriver-manager#93
Current Angular CLI reference files are in src.webpacktemplate
