As a Grama Sevaka I get many requests from citizens who lives in my area asking letters to be provided to government departments, companies, educational institutions etc. During COVID-19 situation demand went up and I could not really cope up doing all these things manually. I am sure this issue is not just for me, other Grama Sevakas must be facing the same. There has to be a better and smarter way ..........
