Script that uses Selenium and PIL to export your most recent Twitch VOD to YouTube, create a thumbnail, and schedule the video to go live. It's somewhat hardcoded to what I needed myself, but it should be a good enough base for anyone else who wants to do the same.
Twitch seems to be able to detect when you're attempting to log in with Selenium and returns an error. To get around this, I'm using a user-provided FireFox profile that's already logged in, and since we already have that set up the script assumes YouTube is already logged in as well.
The only other thing to really note is that you need to put a 1280x720 image file named base.png in the directory to use as a base for the thumbnail. Text will be placed on top.
