Bowie is Insee's Survey Design solution.

This repo is for keeping track of progress of the Survey Design product built at Insee and communicating results (or lack thereof).
It is a much needed synthesis of developments happening in the software building blocks of this product:
Warning: some software building blocks are essential and dependent on the operation of the Survey Design product but are not part of the product itself.
