BOINC web with twitter bootstrap
This allow to user twitter bootstrap with the php pages of BOINC
.- new page_head, page_tail functions added in project/project.inc
.- changed some classes of some elements
.- /user/style.css to override the bootstrap styles

To use different themes (for example from http://bootswatch.com/) download bootstrap.min.css (for example http://bootswatch.com/cosmo/bootstrap.min.css) in user/bootstrap/css/ folder
