Hussaini Lab's repositories
BatchTINTV3
BatchTINTV3 is A GUI created by the Taub Institute in order to create an end-user friendly batch processing solution to complement Axona's new command line modification of TINT.
BinConverter
This is a GUI that will allow the user to convert the raw (.bin) files from Axona's Tint software to their normal Tint format. This will allow the user to retroactively choose a threshold.
neuroscikit-old
This is the main pipeline for data analysis in the Hussaini Lab.
IntanRHD2000USB
Custom RHD2000 USB software that includes a 24k Hz sampling frequency.
ml_ms4alg_snippets
This will contain the snippets version of the ml_ms4alg code.
PLOS-Biology-manuscript-data
Source data
hd_direction_testing
A test directory for sharing and debugging code pertaining to head direction.
hussaini-lab-to-nwb
Repository for the NWB conversion and processing codes for the Hussaini lab. Currently in development. To install, clone this git repo and do `pip install -e hussaini-lab-to-nwb`
intan_to_axona
This repository contains a script for converting Intan formatted electrophysiology data to downsampled axona format (eeg and egf).
IntanMSGUI
Graphical User Interface that will read Intan (.RHD) data, sort using MountainSort, and then create an output to Tint (the software we use to manually curate).
IntanRecordingController
A custom IntanRecordingController.exe to record electrophysiology data from an Intan Recording Controller.
ml_ephys
Electrophysiology tools, mountainlab processor library
ml_mask_out_artifacts
Mountainlab processor that will perform simple method of masking out large amplitude artifacts.
ml_ms4alg
MountainSort v4
mountainsort_examples
Examples of using MountainSort spike sorting software.
MountainSortWindows
Repository dedicated to code from a tutorial for using MountainSort with Windows 10 (using the WSL)
ms4_geoff_pipeline
This is a full custom MountainSort pipeline that I use to analyze data using the ms4 algorithm.
NSK-Backend
A fork of SignalStore for use as the NSK-Backend common repo.
NSK-isolated
Scripts from NeuroScikit 1.0
python-neo
Neo is a package for representing electrophysiology data in Python, together with support for reading a wide range of neurophysiology file formats
spikeextractors
Python-based module for extracting from, converting between, and interfacing with many common file formats in extracellular recording.
wsl_terminal
This package allows you to execute commands in the WSL terminal via Python 3.
