Place the files in the ex-dependencies .zip folder in the %appdata%\Exiled\Plugins\dependencies folder
Then, Place the files in nwapi-dependencies.zip into the %appdata%\SCP Secret Laboratory\PluginAPI\plugins<port or global>\dependencies folder
Last, Place the UtilPlugin.dll in the %appdata%\Exiled\Plugins folder
