Sets up a basic structure for a new flask web application. Break out the directory for your website with description, links, etc. to get started.

Creating a new project:

1. Create new project in GitHub
2. Clone project in cloud9
3. Update readme, commit
4. Download template project, open with 7zip, add files to new project (may need to restructure)
5. Commit new files/folders
6. Run flask_install -->chmod 700 flask_install -->./flask_install
7. Go!
