Take historical kWh usage and return averages and other data
This is part of an on going project of researching the viability of getting solar panels
Run in a directory with two folders, "Input" and "Output.
All files in the "Input" folder will be evaluated and output will be put in the "Output" folder.
Power data should be BreenButton XML formatted files, in the "Input" folder.
