Beraja et al 2018 Replication

This repo is meant to replicate the major model results from Beraja et al 2018 and extend it.

All scripts are meant to be run from an ipython console who's working directory is the main project folder.

./notebooks/beraja_main.ipynb shows majority of the work in replication in a notebook format.
