To initiate the model, run /sciprts/immune_oncology_model.m All parameters are defined in /model/default_parameters_TNBC.m Parameters and reactions for each species are read and added into the model by each module in /model

To run in silico clinical trials, use /sciprts/PSA_script_HW.m Parameter ranges and distributions from which virtual patients are drawn are defined in /postprocessing/PSA_param_in_HW.m
