A simple frame of a RRAM chip which use Memoristor as the memory cell. the project use verilogHDL to describe the basic module ,and has some testbench files to comfirm the function. As a simple frame it has 4 address/instruction IO,and 1 data IO.
About the function,it contains three instructions:1.forming;2.read;3.write. they are all two period instructions.
