Simple rugby world cup 2023 simulator
The simulation uses world rugby rating (as of September 2023) as well as rugby tiers and some randomness to generate a score.
The tournament format, the teams and the groups are all based on the real 2023 rugby world cup
Download rwc.py, open in terminal and type the following command:
python3 rwc.py
