BondbreakingPMMA
A model that can be plugged into a bigger model by T. Verduin. This model is able to simulate e-beam lithography, and this particular model implements the effect of bondbreaking in PMMA (plastic). This model has been done as part of the Bachelor thesis of Mels Habold for at ImPhys at Delft University of Technology in 2019.
Channel-Registration-SMLM
Uses Catmull Rom Splines optimisation to align multiple channels in Single Molecule Localization Microscopy (or Super Resolution Microscopy). Done as part of the Thesis of Mels Habold at the Quantative Nanoscopy group of Delft University of Technology in 2022.
District-Heating
An Anylogic (ABM) model that is able to load a digital twin of a neighbourhood and simulate a heat network in it. The model is structured graphically such that it can be easily used as a tool. Done by Mels Habold for an internship at ZEnMo in 2022.
inverseGerrymandering
A model that is able to reassign neighbourhoods to communities in order to make them more fair and diverse. The model optimises by redrawing borders and judges diversity/equality based on distribution of socio-economic value and education level.
BassTab_Transformer
This The Model scrapes huge amounts of bass music tableture from the internet and translates the notes into something that could be represented as a Language with a Dictionary. It then trains a Neural Network with Attention Mechanics on the Data in order to make it recognise Patterns in Bass Tabs. Lastly, it is able to Predict Bass Tabs according.
