Is there anyone encounter this issue when build the app?

Code Signing Error: No account for team "59LPDRL4NH". Add a new account in the Accounts preference pane or verify that your accounts have valid credentials.
Code Signing Error: No profiles for 'mobile.VINS-ios' were found: Xcode couldn't find any iOS App Development provisioning profiles matching 'mobile.VINS-ios'.
Code Signing Error: Code signing is required for product type 'Application' in SDK 'iOS 11.2'
I do everything in readme.txt step by step but I can't finish building the app cause those issues above.
Could I anyone help me?
My phone is iPhone 6s and the Xcode is in the version of 9.2
