Install
just download the kpz file https://github.com/HKS3/koha-plugin-link2wikipedia/blob/main/koha-plugin-link2wikipedia.kpz and proceed to normal Koha-plugin install see https://koha-community.org/manual/18.05/en/html/14_plugins.html
the koha server has to be able to access de.wikipedia.org and https://persondata.toolforge.org/redirect/gnd/de/
