统计或删除 Python 文件中的注释，支持单个文件或文件夹。

Usage

Count Notes

无参数调用，或使用 -c --count_notes 参数调用，执行统计注释功能

Single .py file

python .\Notes_Remover.py .\tests\examples\example.py

python .\Notes_Remover.py -c .\tests\examples\example.py

python .\Notes_Remover.py --count_notes .\tests\examples\example.py

Folder

python .\Notes_Remover.py .\tests\examples\
