undergraduate dissertation
This repository containes code written in the R programming languges. It is intented for personal and eucational purposes only. There are three data -> code -> output
- code (this is the code used for preprocessing the data)
- data (these are the raw data inputs)
- output (these files do not need to be stored)
- preprocessing (old directory containing output files)
This structure is inpired by http://nicercode.github.io/blog/2013-03-08-nice-r-code-2013-plans/ it was an attempt at creating a reproducable analysis, preprocessing workflow.
