10-25 players - Paper
50+ players - PurPur Uses all of Airplanes patches + its own + some really cool config values, that give you customization over many aspects of the game.
50+ - Airplane - Amazing performance boost at high playercounts.
What configs to use
If your jar is:
Paper: bukkit.yml paper.yml server.properties spigot.yml
PurPur: bukkit.yml paper.yml server.properties spigot.yml tuinity.yml purpur.yml
Airplane: bukkit.yml paper.yml server.properties spigot.yml tuinity.yml airplane.air
