The point is to build the minimal skin for a clojure application with a slant of using it with visual studio code, for rank beginners.
You should equip your VSCode with 2.0.0 or greater Calva Plugin.
One of the first things I do is set a couple of repl workhorse keys for Calva, because the key bindings are cruddy and I'm opiniated
Specifically I set these:

The rest I don't care about, but these are crucial to the repl experience for me to be as short as possible.
fire up vscode with "vscode -n ." Calva should wake and up and see you are doing clojure
Jack in calva. Not a key for that, use ctrl-shift-p and look for jack-in, and launch it.
It will take a few seconds for things to get up. You will then be prompted for a clojurescript repl type, just pick figwheel and let it barf over it. (we aren't doing that just yet.)
If all that goes well, you should be in a live repl, and you should have a calva logo. rearrange this to you liking
Navigate down the src/clj101/core.clj and edit it.
