Hi-Benchmarks is a framework dedicated designed for monitoring distributed ROS system even on cheap computation architecture.

Design goals

1, Must be a light weight monitor application which run on low-end devices

2, Must comptible with ROS community, in regard with the feedback our effor to the open source community.

3, Must written in a good coding style. we don't want to be suckers.
