An example case for the Instagram Subscription API

Hashtag Subscription registrieren.

1. Create Instagram App.
2. Enter app id and app secret into crawl.php row 1-2.
3. Specify Hashtag in crawl.php row 11 & callback.php row 17.
4. Enter your DB credentials in config.php.
5. Make a request to crawl.php on your server.
