Copy the extension to phpBB/ext/ger/autoresponder
Go to "ACP" > "Customise" > "Extensions" and enable the "Auto responder" extension.
Go to "ACP" > "Forums" > "Add/edit forum" and set an autoresponder per forum. Leave empty to disable the autoresponder for given forum.
