Inviqa Coding Challenge
This is an exercise for the Inviqa Burroughs Test
In order to use the project you need to have a working PHP environtment running.
On the commandline the programm accepts a filename and a single date with the parameter in the format "2018-01-08" (year-month-day).
example: index.php test.csv 2018-01-08
The output is then written to the file
