Example code for Bluetooth Low Energy features of the BBC micro:bit.

Transmits BLE packets when the micro:bit is lying flat with the LED matrix facing up. A transmit pattern will cycle on the LED matrix to indicate packet transmission. The BLE packet is Eddystone-URL including the URL www.microbit.org. This may prompt a Nearby notification on Android telephones with that feature enabled.
When the LED matrix is face down, BLE transmission is disabled.
