This extension allows you to overlay a website over another with a custom opacity.
- Install the iFrame Allow extension.
- Download this repository as a ZIP.
- Unzip/extract the file.
- Go to
chrome://extensions
. - Enable devloper settings, if you haven't already.
- Refresh the page.
- Drag the
src
folder (inside of theTestify-Extension-master
folder you just unzipped) anywhere on the page (do not delete the folder afterwards).
To toggle the overlay, press the \
(backslash) key.
To increase opacity with your keyboard, use the +
(plus) and -
(minus) keys.
The default opacity can also be changed in the extension's settings.
To change the position of the overlay, press the F4
key. This places the top left of the overlay at the cursor.
To change the website's opacity:
- Go to
chrome://extensions
and find the Testify plugin. - Click on the details button.
- Scroll down to
Extensions options
and click on it. - From there, change the
iframe url
to change the website. - Click
Save
.
Alternatively, you can access the extension options by right clicking on the extension icon in the toolbar and selecting Options
.
