These are just quick notes about setting up an apple daemon.
After starting apple.py, it will create /var/lib/pacbuild/{apple,apple.db}.
apple.db is a sqlite3 database.
You'll probably want some initial data in there, so sqlite3
/var/lib/pacbuild/apple.db and execute these commands:
insert into arch (name) values ('i686');
insert into arch (name) values ('x86_64');
insert into user (name, password, email, type) values ('a', '0cc175b9c0f1b6a831c399e269772661', 'a@ab.com', 'submitter');
Note: the password in the table is an md5sum of the orignal password text. the
simplest way to calculate this is the following:
