简介|Desctiption

这是一个横向排列（从左向右，从上到下）的CollectionView
如果直接设置CollectionView的滚动方向为横向则是以下效果
0 | 2 | 4 | 6
1 | 3 | 5 | 7
在这个Demo里做了处理使得排列变为以下效果
0 | 1 | 2 | 3
4 | 5 | 6 | 7
同时，各个Cell都可以直接拖拽排序
