Please make repo private before adding config like BOT_TOKEN, TELEGRAM_API, TELEGRAM_HASH, DATABASE_URL Otherwise your bot , group or channel will hack.
Rename sample_config.env to config.env and fill required env. And In github secret add three secrets.
