Instrumenting fastapi and httpx with OpenTelemetry tracing

Setup

Follow these steps to set up the project:

1. Create a virtual environment using python -m venv venv
2. Activate the virtual environment using source venv/bin/activate
3. Change to the src directory using cd src
4. Install the project dependencies using pip install -e .

Run tests

pytest
