Tree Identification with DeepForest
Objectives:
Repo creted to document my studies on Open Drone Map for photogrametry and DeepForest for Tree object identification;
The orthophoto wasa produced with WebOpenDroneMap - WebODM.
Comming challenges:
- Start using Node ODM;
- Start using pyODM;
- Enhance the tree object detection with DeepForest;
- Evolute deep learning algorithm to tree segmentation;
- Evolute deep learning algorithm to tree species classification;
- Integrate all processing in a programmatic workflow;
Start using
pip install -r requirements.txt
Execute TreeIdentification.py
