Optitype fails to run silently and does not generate the resulting TSV file

Dear author, thank you for such an excellent tool for HLA typing. It has been running normally in my previous work.

Recently I encountered a strange problem. Optitype failed to run on more than half of the WES samples without any error information. BAM and FASTQ files were generated, but there was no TSV result file. Less than half of the samples can get TSV files.

The size of a pair of FASTQ files is about 30GB, which are the original input.

The fished FASTQ files are about 180MB.

Memory usage seems to be a big problem on my server, which has 128MB of memory.
