Liri is Siri's long, lost cousin, with the ability to search Spotify for songs, Bands in Town for concerts, and OMDB for movies. Liri is a node.js command line application that is a language interpretation and recognition interface. With Liri, one can use a command line, give it parameters in which Liri will give back data.

Possible commands are 'concert-this', 'spotify-this-song', 'movie-this' and 'do-what-it-says.'

Getting Started

To use Liri, you will need to install the following NPM packages:

  • Request
  • Node-Spotify-API
  • Inquirer
  • Moment
  • Dotenv

You will also require your own API keys to the Spotify, Bands in Town and OMDB APIs.

How to Install

Once you download the Liri's package.json file, run this command line within Terminal:

$ npm install

If you have yet to download Liri's package.json file, run the following command for each of the NPM packages that are previosly listed:

$ npm install
