Here I take a deep-dive into the relationship between a company's asset utilisation efficiency (with Asset Turnover as a proxy) and carbon emissions (RaceToZero website for refernce - Scope 1 + 2 Emissions). The financial data cannot be included as it was obtained using my University's subscription services.

This contains code that I am using for 'web-scraping', PDF-scraping and Financial Data collection. As well as reports generated on the basis of the data collected.
Econometric-Modelling---House-Prices-in-Seattle
MatLab code is provided that was used to run a linear regression on 21,000 data points of House Prices in Seattle, USA (and the surrounding area). House Prices for the next year were then forecasted using the raw data as it presented a linear trend with drift (naive model).
