Jokes

Uses the free API from http://joke.deno.dev to first show a Joke then reveal a punchline. We'll later challenge you to add a joke type selector and modify the type of data retrieved so users can select a joke type. The app also plays sound and uses some nice SwiftUI formatting techniques that new students and junior devs should all know.

You'll build Post Malone & Pete Davidson's InkSpot - an app to track tattoos so that you don't get redundantly inked (yes, I need to amuse myself when creating exams - I used to perform standup when I was in college. This app pretty obviously doesn't actually have any affiliation with Post Malone nor Pete Davidson).

We'll build a small app with a LocationManager class so that we can get a device's location. We'll use the LocationManager to also allow the user to search a list of places and select one to retrieve name, address, and coordinate information.
