In order to install - just copy them to "/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/Templates/File Templates/Cocoa Touch" ( I suppose that xCode is installed in the default "/Developer" location ). License : BSD
