Download ffmpeg at https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html
Put your bot token inside config.json
Put your user id inside config.json if you want to limit access to load,unload,reload and exit commands
Change the prefix of the bot inside config.json
Add ArcDPS related info in logs.json (example ...\Documents\Guild Wars 2\addons\arcdps\arcdps.cbtlogs)
Add Raidar related info in raidar.json
