Foam template "Just the docs" with tags

A simple template to easily setup a foam wiki and a github page with just the docs theme and tags.

1. Change the following properties in the _config.yaml regarding to your repo.
   • title
   • repository
   • baseurl
   • url
2. After the first successful build you need the change the source of the github page to gh-pages branch.
3. Adjust the color theme, favicon and other config options for your needs.
4. Have fun with your new wiki.
