This is mainly a way to start migrating and unifying the code used in RUCOOL. By having a place code will hopefully be used by more people and we won't have to restart from scratch. Which would be nice.
Working on building a resource to RUCOOL. End goal is to be able to compare profiles of gliders and models, in time and space to confirm the data integration of glider data and analyze processes.
