Included tools

• Blender addon for importing and exporting CEM files
• CEMinfo for parsing CEM files and show debugging information
• CEM2OBJ converter for converting CEM files to OBJ

Known limitations / bugs

• only CEM v2 fiels are supported
• no support for animations
• bug when exporting child models with rotation animation
