Audio Volume Modifier

This program modifies the volume of an audio file by reading the input file and writing it to a new output file with a specified volume factor.

Usage

In these program we have the

1. input_file: Path to the input audio file.
2. output_file: Path to the output audio file.
3. volume_factor: A floating-point number that determines the volume of the input audio file. A factor of 1.0 leaves the volume unchanged, while a factor of 2.0 doubles the volume and a factor of 0.5 halves it.
