Setting up leveling system

1. Install the requirements

python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Setup MongoDB

3. Rename .example_env to .env

4. In .env paste your bot token where TOKEN=

5. In .env paste your mongo uri where MONGO_URI=
