Here, you'll find code and resources for various forecasting methodologies, including SARIMAX, ETS, Prophet, VARMAX, DeepAR, and Temporal Fusion Transformer. Each model offers unique strengths, resulting in a comprehensive approach to predicting stock prices.

A highlight of this project is the interactive dashboard. By entering a company name, users can receive a three-month forecast of its stock prices. The dashboard integrates different forecasting methods, presenting predictions in a clear and user-friendly format.

Instructions

  1. Create .env file with following variables: openai-api-key and fred-api-key
  2. Run the Streamlit app with streamlit run app.py

All models were tested against random walk on Tesla's stock prices:
