Packages successfully on 4.24.2, but the packaged .exe won't run

What could cause this?
Is there any way you could get a crash log?
.exe doesn't run is a bit broad...
I'll get back to you on this. I tried a few fixes and it did package! But I don't know which one fixed it. I think maybe I had to cook content first, then it packaged.
