Install:
- Copy 'upload' content into the root

- Import SQL dump
- Add simple code to your template from example.tpl
- After line: public function deleteCustomer($customer_id) { in file admin/model/sale/customer.php add next code: $this->db->query("DELETE FROM " . DB_PREFIX . "customer_authentication WHERE customer_id = '" . (int)$customer_id . "'");
