Enzyme- npm i --save-dev enzyme enzyme-adapter-react-16
To start the application - npm start - Runs the app in the development mode
Which will open a default browser tab and display the Tic Tac Toe game board for players.
npm test - Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.
