WIP Combined merged automatically updated weapon roll wishlist

• Just put https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Deanosim/d2-wishlists/main/dim-master.txt into DIM(Destiny Item Manager) and it'll auto update.

• Just put https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Deanosim/d2-wishlists/main/ll-master.json into Little Light. Currently have no way to build the Little Light Wishlist so it's not being updated.
