My personal ST3 keybindings + plugins.
###Windows
Move the "Packages" and "Installed Packages" folders to:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\
###Other OSs
Install package control then sync only the Packages/User folder

- Emmet - Greatly improves HTML & CSS workflow
- LiveStyle - Live update viewing in browser
- ColorPicker - Use the OSs native color picker to generate a hex code (Ctrl+Shift+C)
- MoveMore - Allows keybindings to move up and down more than 1 line
- AlignTab - Align data with regex
###Preprocessing
- SASS Build Compile Sass and SCSS files (Requires Ruby and SASS gem to be installed on computer)
- SublimeOnSaveBuild Build whenever specific file types are saved
- Minifier Minify CSS and JS (Ctrl+Alt+M)

- jQuery - Syntax highlighting and autocomplete for jQuery
- BracketHighlighter - Better bracket/tag highlighting
- Syntax Highlighting for Sass - Syntax Highlighting for Sass and SCSS
