Sometime ago i've just watched a cool movie with Terence Hill & Bud Spencer. They had to decide which one gonna take risk and instead of doing a boring 'Rock–paper–scissors', they made something funny :
one player choose even or odd then each player pick a number at the same time, you add them watch if the result is even or odd.
