Due to political issues with Russia the OpenIV website is not available. This is an offline installer that does not need to communicate with their servers in order to install. THIS IS NOT MY PRODUCT. I HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS PRODUCT. I am simply attempting to keep this resource available to the developers that need access to it.
